APARTMENT BUILDINGS

The Renggli timber construction system has been used to successfully implement apartment blocks, building complexes and complete community projects. Intelligent construction concepts in regard to energy-efficiency, sustainability and ecology have made their contributions to active environmental protection and limited resource usage. And of real importance for all of the future occupants: with our particular floor and ceiling construction technology, our tried and tested fire-prevention barriers and facades we meet regulatory sound insulation requirements.

With the introduction in 2006 of new regulations in Switzerland Renggli was ready with the technology to be able to construct multi-story timber buildings up to six floors. These types of large project or community development test the logistics systems in respect of production, transportation and on-site storage of all the various materials.
